Lots more running going on - I try to get in three or four good 10 or 12 mile runs a week at about 7 minute pace or a little faster - its what I need to do for the March 18th half marathon I've registered for. My job has been taking most of my time - I'll be out on a 4 day FTX in the field starting tomorrow, but once I'm back I'll get another nice hard run in, I'm sure I'll be jonesing for one by then.
